燃气退火炉（Gas annealing lehr）
BTN(X)-YQ系列退火炉，是以天然气、城市煤气、柴油为燃料的全自动控制热风循环式退火炉，网带上平面离地高度、网带宽度按需定制，最大宽度5000mm。
该炉型均为全钢结构，使用优质硅酸铝纤维作为保温填充材料，隔热效果好，可有效降低能耗节约运行成本。高温区使用全不锈钢制造，并针对高温工作环境中的热膨胀问题进行了结构设计，保证了设备在长时间的使用过程中的可靠性且不需要维护。优秀的热风循环设计使退火炉在任意网带宽度下均可保持炉膛内温度均匀。该系列退火炉采用全自动温度控制，自动控制温差±1℃，温控精度高，我们也可以根据客户需求提供PLC控制系统产品。
若燃气供应管路中的气体压力过低，或客户有特殊需求，公司的燃气退火炉可以配备比例式燃烧器。
Gas annealing lehr
BTN (X) -YQ series annealing lehr is a hot air circulation annealing lehr with fullautomatic control fueled by natural gas, urban gas and diese.The ground heighon the betls and the width ofthe belts are customized on demand, the maximum width ofthe belts is 5000mm.
The lehr is all steel structure, using high quality aluminum silicate fiber as insulation fiing material,good thermal insulation can effectively reduce energconsumption and save oberating costs.The high temperature zone is made of all stainless stel and the structure is designed for thermal expansion in thehigh temperature working environment which ensures that the equipment is reioble and does not reguire maintenance during prolonged use. Excelent hot alicirculation design allows the annealing furnace to keep the temperature in the furnace uniform under any belt width.
This series annealing lehruses fuly automatic high brecision temperature control, automatic control temperature diference t /°C. We can alo provide PLCcontrol system products according to customer needs.
If the gas pressure in the gas supbly line is to low or the customer has special needs, the company's gas anealing lehrs can be equipped with proportionaltypeblown-air burners.
