烟台三立轻工机械有限公司退火炉提供燃气直接、间接加热;电加热三种方式
燃气退火炉加热方式分为直接间接两种:
·直接加热：来自燃烧器火焰的热量被循环风机叶轮吸入，然后沿着通道两侧推入循环通道，最后从底部向上穿过通道和玻璃，直到再次被叶轮吸入。
·间接加热：使用“辐射管”作为热交换器。燃烧器火焰在这些管道内形成，永远不会与隧道空气接触。循环器在通道内循环的空气首先通过交换器上方，然后通过通道和玻璃，仍然从底部向上。燃烧产生的烟雾由专门的收集器排出。

There are two types of heating methods for gas annealing furnaces:

Direct heating: Heat from the burner flame is sucked in by the circulating fan impeler,then pushed down both sides ofthe channel into the circulatingchannel, and finally through the channel and glass from the bottom up until sucked in again by the impeller.Indirect heating:Using "radiation tubes" as heat exchangers. Burner fames form within these pipes and never contact with tunnel air. The circulatorcirculates air throueh the channel first above the switch and then through the channel and glass, sill up from the bottom. smoke from combustion isdischarged by specialized collectors.
